Grandpa John liked to tell his experiences from WWII. Richard got him to speak before a camera in 2004. In memory of those who didn’t make it home, and in memory of Grandpa John, we share this video of him telling about an experience he had while sailing on a Liberty ship from Australia to Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
